Smartselling assumes you are a dumb buyer, I ordered dell 7540 with T1000 dGPU yet received WX 3200 with a small -160% performance downgrade for the money paid. When I initiated the refund as they did not demonstrate any other willingness to resolve the problem I was welcomed with their feedback "Every device that is returned to us is thoroughly checked to ensure that it meets our quality standards and is in the condition we want to guarantee". Almost like a slap in the face, this excellent quality standards should have prevented them from shipping me a product not to specs, no?It is hard to find posts with people getting better specs they have paid for and not everyone may be tech savvy to check all the internal specs either which appears to be standing out as business model here.The laptop came with a power brick but without a power lead and DC connector was so dirty it was getting hot while charging the laptop. Also passed this rigorous quality inspection previously without a fault. 2 stars because I finally got the refund but lost time and nerves. It was bought via refurbed broker, I recommend you look at more established businesses like ebay with far better customer support & buyer protection options. Take care and avoid!
