A real shame that this company can't make better quality lids for their tumblers...Just a plastic lid with a drilled hole which causes it to split over time due to holding hot liquids. The company had the audacity to blame the delivery company twice, and told me that nobody else had this issue, I dont believe that for a second. Given 2 stars as they did replace, and then eventually gave me a full refund due to a repeated fault. Please make an effort to improve quality standards as they are lovely tumblers. Real shame.
