I was able to book my rental through the web site before arriving. When I arrived, I walked to their office and was able to pick up my rental all within the cruise port. The car was new with only 10k km. It took us everywhere we wanted to go. We fueled it up before returning to port. Returns were just as easy. Show ship card to get into the port, park in the same spot we picked it up from, and return the keys. I will definitely be a return customer in the future!Book in advance! There were people who tried to rent the same day, but all rentals were reserved.
