Overall the bands and all the stuff that comes with it looks pretty decent. However, I bought the product because the app and its training programs seemed cool. Turns out you pay 5€ and I’m not really sure why. You have 3 very basic training programs. You can’t customize workouts and the tracking feature is an overall tool that you have to use outside of the workout (instead of being able to record the load and reps directly from the program). It’s not a cheap product and with the app being so basic it really makes it a very average product. I hope they revamp the app and I can turn this into a 5* review.
