Ordered the Smart Workout Ultimate package from the UK website. Out of the blue got an email from UPS asking for £46 import fees as the item had shipped from their warehouse in France not the one in Birmingham UK.
Emailed support, which appears to be AI driven to be told, they do explain this during checkout (which I do not recall at all).
Why ship from France when I live in the UK and you have a UK warehouse.
