Ordered an office chair in Jan 2025. Almost March and still haven’t got it. Rang them, just a recording. Emailed everyday for weeks, had ONE response. Went on FB, left messages (I’m not the only one). Tried to talk to someone through Messenger, no response. Have reported them to Australian & State Consumer Protection. Waiting for Conciliation. Don’t get caught, this place does NOT exist. Now I have no chair and have to save to again. Mongrels.
