Another unhappy customer here. I purchased early Dec 2024 and yet to receive my items. I have only ever received a confirmation email after purchasing and nothing else since. It’s been well over the 2 to19 day deliver time - expected over the festive period. It has been a total of 5 weeks!! I have tried calling and emailing the company on numerous occasions over the last 2 weeks asking for information or a refund but still I have received no response. I can’t believe this company is getting away with it. It’s criminal and I will be another person reporting to ACCC.
