I bought a Mac computer from this e-retailer online on 6 December 2024 at price AUD2879.But I didn’t get the computer after 10 days from my order day then I asked for its tracking number. They couldn’t supply it. So I requested to cancel the order but they refused to refund full price I paid.and just refunded 85% of it on 19 December. This just happened when I told them I would complain to fair trading。they always say they have shipped goods and it’s on the way. I doubt it’s on the way forever then you have to cancel the order and they refuse to refund you full price with any reason and hold your money . It’s a scammer. It’s contact number is never answered. My about AUD500 is still in their hand. Don’t be cheated by this scammer.
