Re order. #991272Ordered a vacuum robot 11 days ago. Due to the website payment layout, it made me purchase two vacuums instead of one by mistake.I emailed smartyez to cancel the second vacuum. replied straight away that they would look into it. 11 days later, no further emails, response, no tracking number.If smartyez sort this out, i will change my review but it's disappointing that i have to resort to this..EDIT: changed review from 1 star to 2 star After 1 month of contacting their email for an update and demanding a refund, they obliged. Still will never purchase from them again.
