I've order a Onex STC Compact chair from them and it's been a week with no postage. Now reading these reviews on here I'm regretting spending the money. Will update review(if that's possible) when/if it ships.This slow postage is unacceptable so close to christmas. I understand Auspost having issues, but a warehouse? hire more staff please. It should be a race to get these products out the door.15/12/2024 EDIT: After 10 days I messaged them on the "shop" app, "Hurry the hell up or refund me" not 30 seconds later it was an instant refund lol.
