I’m not sure how they obtained my bank account information, but they charged me $25 for a service I had never used before. In fact, my first encounter with 'Smarty' was when I noticed the charge from them. I contacted their support team multiple times, requesting a refund and the deletion of my account, but I never received my money back. In the end, I had to close my bank account to avoid paying for something I didn’t use.
