Retainer did not fit.This is a follow up review. My bad for giving them 1 star right away. They tried to call me to fix the problem but i wasn't available. I called them back and they were so eager to fix the issues. Best customer service. I actually highly recommend them. They will answer all your questions in a timely manner and will make sure you get a great product!
