The experience was the best considering the work that I was having done staff made me feel very welcome and made the experience relaxed in a warming environment staff were amazing in question receptionist-ozge always made us feel welcome and very comfortable and was always greeting us with a big smile then the co-ordinator - can butun was also very welcoming always offering refreshments and was very easy to talk too and in general can have a real down to earth conversation with.even the photographer- berk was hilarious always making me laugh with his amazing tricks very talented man and always looked forward to seeing him. Also a massive thank you to a very professional dr furken and his wonderful assistant irevi ispir who both always talked me through the procedure and every step of the way I was reassured of the work they was carrying out both very professional at there jobs couldn’t thank them enough for my wonderful new smile also a big shout out to Muhammad and yusuf who sorted out everything there and then which made me feel so comfortable and at home there was never a moment where I was unaware of what was going on they always kept on top of everything and if I ever had any enquiry’s it was dealt with instantly and gave me answers all in all I just want to say a massive thank you to the smile centre team for making me feel part of the family and making this journey very relaxed and easy process also what a beautiful clinic and amazing tranquiel garden that just topped everything off once again thank you to all of you for your professionalism and making me smile again 🙂 many thanks to you all from mr Nathan Napierski and Robert Taylor
