Terrible customer support and billing problems.I was enrolled in their automatic billing to learn just recently that there are two types of billing — "scheduled billing" and "automatic billing." I was on "scheduled billing" and apparently was set up only to make six payments. When it stopped last month, I was charged a $37 late fee. I called to let them know they set me up on auto-pay and found this out. When I said I thought all was set up (over the phone by their own employees when I first set up my account, may I add), the person on the phone said it was a seperate billing type. I escalated the situation, and a couple of supervisors came up, they kept saying it was "company policy" and couldn't issue a full refund. In fact, they said the other dept charges $9 per transaction just to take a payment over the phone. The different departments and different billing styles without letting their customers know what isn't actually happening until they are charging them for it is totally absurd and just terrible business practice. Beware of their shady ways of handling your payments!
