Terrible product and customer service

My email to Smiles Better which was ignored, my complaint will not be addressed other than with a standard disclaimer, which in legal terms is the middle finger to customers.Disappointed in your service and reply, how many times do you want me to return, on my last visit John had to apply a large amount of adhesive to stop the Denture from falling out of my mouth before leaving the treatment room. I was promised a denture that didn't require adhesive due to your award winning suction technology yet my denture is exactly the same as my old denture no suction what so ever. I was told just like implants you can eat and chew, if I attempt to eat even with adhesive the Denture will fly out in seconds. So you now offer implants to achieve a fit, can ask at what cost, ballpark figure will do and also what contribution Smiles Better will make towards that cost. You have to accept the denture provided to me just doesn't work. Mos did 2 refits and both times the denture did not come close to fitting, Mos attitude was appalling, he just said try it and come back in 2 weeks even though the Denture was in my hand as I left. John then did a rebase and refit and watched as the Denture just fell out yet again, and as mentioned earlier in this email he had to apply three drops of adhesive to get the thing to stay in.Again I request a refund or a 100% guarantee that the next adjustment/refit will produce a Denture that fits without adhesive and contains your award winning suction technology (just like Margaret in the advert where John cannot get the Denture to come out and boasts no adhesive no clips and look at the fit).I await your response before considering booking an appointment, also disappointed it has taken you 10 days to reply I realise that's your policy but its poor customer care for me to have to chase, a phone call would be better for your reputation. Please respond to these concerns raised here, rather than a standard covering response.
