You guys are really frustrating. I ordered retainers and you said you didnt have my file so you were sending me an impression kit through email. I IMMEDIATELY emailed you back and said no thank you. Please cancel my order. To make sure you didn't send it, I called and emailed your support team requesting that my order just be canceled and to please, PLEASE not send an impression kit, I will just send it back. All my responses said that my concerns will be escalated to someone that will contact me shortly. No one contacted me. 3 days later I get a notification that the impression kit is on it's way. I don't want it! Now I have to wait for it just to send it back to finally get my money back. So ridiculous. This totally ruins any chance using this service in the future for future retainers. Thanks for the unnecessary hassle.
Update- my money has been refunded before the impression kit got to me so I am satisfied. I will send the kit back. Thank you.
