I bought a sweater from them, advertised as wool (see proof photo 1). It cost about 40 GBP. When it arrived, the tag said it was 100% polyester and made in China! The quality is terrible and unwearable. I emailed them for a return but received no reply for a week. The provided phone number isn't active. After reporting the issue to the payment service, they acknowledged their mistake but still want me to pay for return shipping to China, which will add customs fees. Avoid this seller at all costs.
