I ordered a sweater from the company, which was advertised as being made of wool on their website. It cost me around 40 GBP. However, upon receiving it, I was shocked to find the tag stating it was made of 100% polyester and produced in China. The quality is extremely low, making it unwearable even at home. I attempted to arrange a return via email but received no response for a week, and the phone number listed on their site was inactive. After escalating the issue through a payment platform, they finally replied to my second email. They admitted the error was theirs but insisted I cover the return shipping costs, providing an address in China for the return. This will incur additional customs fees, amounting to at least 15-35 GBP. Overall, I feel scammed; the product took 3-4 weeks to arrive and looks nothing like what was shown online. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
