Where do I start?! My sister and brother in law recommended Smith Removals after having an amazing experience moving… I quickly rang Alan to arrange for him to move us too :) we had a bumpy ride and our moving date got moved a couple of times! I rang Alan in tears as a disaster had left me with no removal company after ours let us down :( Alan however came to the rescue and boy am I glad he did! From the onset Alan put my mind at ease and said don’t worry we will move you! Robbie and his team arrived at our home at 8.45 promptly where they ploughed through quickly and efficiently loading up 2 large Luton vans with ease! They made it so easy and my husband loved helping them! We then had the agonising wait for the keys which the team were so patient with! When we finally got the keys the team were already at the new destination and swiftly unloaded the vans! They put all of our belongings into the right rooms and nothing was too much bother! They smiled, laughed and worked so hard all day! I would really like to thank them from the bottom of my heart Robbie, Oscar and Dan you were just amazing there are no words! You were so friendly and I couldn’t have asked for more! From a young couple with 2 small children who felt so overwhelmed by the move! THANK YOU!! I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! Nothing is too much trouble or bother.
