From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. My elderly mum was treated with respect throughout the whole process. From scheduling to suit her needs, through to completion.
An issue occured post install, and it was resolved swiftly to my mum's satisfaction by Scott and Gerry going the extra mile to ensure my mum's inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum.
You cannot emphasise how important honesty and connection is during processes like this, and again both Scott and Gerry were magnificent, no hiding, no buck passing. The guys grabbed the reigns, and drove the install to the finishing line and beyond.
