I ordered items on 9/8/2025, emailed them on 9/21/2025 asking when they would ship. On 9/24/2025 they created a shipment and it is now 10/10/2025 and the shipment has not been mailed. I would have loved to have received the items. I have emailed them a dozen times with no response at all and just submitted a request to Paypal to get a refund. I'm glad I used Paypal as I saw others recommend that in case you need a refund. I'm sad to have to leave a review like this but I am literally getting no response and now I feel like I'm being punked.
