The seller sent the package again and I didn't have to pay for it but it's how it supposed to be. It's not a plus it's just the least this "Karen-ish" scammer could do. 1. One chips package (Calbee french salade) and a candy (hichew mini) are missing. Most likely he didn't even bother to notify me about those being not in stock, hoping I won't notice since my order is relatively a big one. 2. This was supposed to be a present for my frined but most of the items are just crumpled and crushed (basically all of the drink cans), chips are obviously turned into oily dust, candies like Calpis Marshmallow are squished. The seller didn't even bother to check the package again and replace items with new ones. 3. He was passively aggressive during our conversation. A typical scammer behaviour. I realised that something's off. Should've just ask for a refund. You don't talk to your customers like that, kiddo, go learn some manners, in Japan you would be kicked out a long time ago, trust me, they don't tolerate this Karen bs over there. Seriously what's wrong with service in Europe? Sellers only worry about someone leaving a bad review because of their poor work. Hope this store won't last long and go eventually bankrupt. Highly recommend to buy directly from your local Asian store or from stores based in Japan. Don't buy from this scammer store.
