Ordered from Snackje and this turned into a very frustrating experience.
My package was marked as delivered by DPD, but it never showed up in the parcel locker or anywhere nearby. It was most likely stolen due to a bad / unsafe delivery.
Customer service responded quickly at first, but after I replied, they simply stopped responding. I had to send a follow-up myself after 8 days just to get any update at all.
When they finally answered, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, I was told to fill out a DPD form, effectively shifting the responsibility onto me, even though this is something the sender can handle directly with the courier.
At no point was a replacement or refund offered for a package that never arrived. Instead, I was expected to do extra work just to move things forward.
Losing a package can happen. Ignoring the customer and refusing to take responsibility is a choice.
