Received damaged order, contacted support

Received a damaged order and reached out to customer support (automated response) who said I would be connected to a 'human' in 6 days. No response from that 'human' yet. I'm disappointed as the gift box I purchased was damaged during shipping, and I can't use it. I requested a replacement instead of returning the whole order, but I’m not impressed with the customer service.
