I ordered a Pixel 10 Pro XL case and received a case for a Pixel 10a. The difference isn’t subtle. The case is significantly smaller and the camera cutout doesn’t come close to lining up.
It’s completely unusable. What makes this worse is that the box is labeled Pixel 10 Pro XL, which means this isn’t a simple picking error; your quality control failed at multiple points. Instead of fixing the problem, your support team who I have been in contact with via email required me to take and submit several photos to prove something that is incredibly obvious. Before you respond and tell me to email you, I already have.
Customers should not be doing your quality control for you after you send the wrong product.
The case I received appears to be well made, but that’s irrelevant because it’s not the product I ordered, cannot be used, and there has been no resolution; no refund, replacement, or exchange has been provided. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience.
