SCAMMER My order was not delivered as advertised.I paid $89.98 for a Custom 3D Couple Figure Glass Dollhouse Personalized Scene Display Case, but received only a naked figure, with no glass dollhouse, no personalized scene, and no display case.In addition, my order was shipped late. After contacting support, I was promised expedited shipping and a complimentary upgraded gift box ($30 value). Neither was provided, and the item arrived in a basic package, not the premium box shown to me by your representative.This product is materially different from what was sold. I have documented evidence of the listing, correspondence, and what I received, and this has already been shared with my credit card company.NO REFUND PROVIDED they are lying I have evidences, TODAY on 27th Feb 13 days LATER after I WAS PROMISED a REFUND I am being TOLD by SNAPFIG, the REFUND has FAILED (they want my PAYPAL details), which a lie according to my reputed credit card company, it definitely can’t be the case.And they are lying about the refund, I have the email got on 27th Feb after 13 days of refund initiation that my refund failed????? I have the email but unable to upload documents.It’s a big time SCAM stay away from them
