Every time I've needed to contact customer service, they have been 1) a real-live person, rare these days; 2) quick to respond; and 3) willing to go out of their way to help me. This time a check had auto-processed for deposit, but I realized that the deposit account had been closed as we were changing over banks. SMB went out of their way to determine that the check had had not yet left the building, go get it, and hold it until I could provide new banking info.
