Delivered earlier than expected. Phenomenal printer!! - it really is!
I've had five 3D printers thus far, after building my own in 2015 and this is just incredible!
The detail, bed adhesion, layer accuracy as well as its ability to print four colours / materials really puts up there, particularly as it's a fraction of the price of the competition from the Prusa XL and Bambu !

Don't get me wrong, I love the Prusa / Bambu stuff - but the U1 is stunning!

Impressive Experience with My New Machine

I recently received my new machine and I’m thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Despite some external shipping challenges due to severe weather, the company did everything possible to deliver the package to me promptly. The support team deserves special recognition: they responded swiftly to all my inquiries and were truly helpful and dedicated throughout the process. Upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with one of the components (a slight clog/assembly problem preventing material from reaching the nozzle), but after a quick manual adjustment, the machine is now functioning perfectly. The multi-tool system is revolutionary – printing in multiple colors without the waste and hassle of traditional material swapping is fantastic. Excellent hardware, even better support. Highly recommended!

Frustrating experience with communication and product failure.

Communication has been slow, and the product has unfortunately failed. It has turned out to be a costly error to buy from this seller. My machine has a malfunctioning touchscreen cable, which cannot simply be replaced. Initially, they suspected a connection issue with the controller. I purchased that, but after consulting outside help, I found that the controller is functioning properly, while the cable from the touchscreen to the controller is unable to transmit data. The repair costs $100, which seems excessive!

Disappointing printer experience

Since receiving my 3D printer, I've faced numerous failed prints, more than with any of my other six printers. Issues include uneven bed heating and stringing. I'm frustrated with the investment I made and considering canceling my cover order, as I see no reason to spend more on a machine that struggles with basic prints.
