My photographer was Vlad. He contacted me well before the date I selected and spent time with me to choose a good location. He also suggested a time of day that would provide better lighting for the photos. I really appreciated that. Vlad assured me that he had photographed over 2000 cars. He was very careful and thorough taking photos of every part of the car as I moved the car into positions he recommended. He also agreed to take a video of the car being driven. He told me that he liked the car and its color, and he gave me a heads up that most of the bidding takes place in the last two hours of the auction, a piece of information that preserved my mental health!
