At the counter, the representative was incredibly helpful. We encountered some issues with the car's technology, but he resolved them swiftly. He also recommended the insurance package with zero excess, which turned out to be beneficial for us. During the rental, we inadvertently caused a crack in the windscreen, but the representative noticed it upon our return. Thanks to the zero excess policy, there were no additional fees. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and excellent value. If we return, we will definitely use this service again.
