"BIG" thumbs down. 1) I was unknowingly shoved into subscription, my card being charged without my authorization. 2) There is literally no "Cancel" button on their website. Both of these issues tells me its intentional, and customer faith & trust is lost here. I had to call in, waiting for 20 minutes on hold - to cancel. The phone rep that answered admitted there's no cancel option within the customer portal. This should be illegal and this company should be sanctioned. I'll NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SNAP SUPPLEMENTS - ALL TRUST LOST
