I signed up for a course i paid with finance. I cancelled after 3 days. Was very very hard but i got cancellation and cancellation email from them. After i found out that they forgot to advice me about the separate refund email and they forgot to refund to the finance company. I wrote them yesterday and today on WhatsApp and email about the forgotten refund email and the forgotten refund. They read my WhatsApp and ignored. They ignoring my legal rights. I need go again to solicitor and raise a complaint. They are very unprofessional especially when is about cancellation and refund.
