This casino is terrible. Their customer support is nonexistent—they wouldn't even recognize the term. Instead of helping, they just redirect you to the FAQ, even when your issue isn't addressed there. I had a crypto deposit that never credited to my wallet. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain, yet after over 7 hours, there was no update or effort from them to resolve it. It's clearly their issue, but they ignore it. The platform is equally bad. The website barely loads, logs you out during gameplay, and refuses to load again for 10–15 minutes. The navigation is confusing and poorly designed. I do not recommend this casino to anyone. It’s the worst online casino out there.
