I ordered a couple of vintage mugs, which turned out to be much smaller than I expected. The photos were misleading. Additionally, I purchased a pair of double wall glass mugs, and that’s where the real issues began. They arrived broken. The packaging was inadequate; each mug was wrapped in thin bubble wrap and placed in a styrofoam box, which was then put into a regular shipping bag without any liner or extra protection. I reached out to customer service right away, and they did respond quickly, which was a positive aspect. However, I learned that the mugs were shipped from overseas in that flimsy packaging. I requested a full refund twice, but my requests were ignored, and they shipped replacement mugs instead. Given the poor packaging and the fragility of the items, I didn't want them. If you consider buying from this seller, make sure to check the product details carefully and be aware of the shipping origin and packaging, as you will also be responsible for return shipping. In my opinion, they are not worth the cost or the trouble.
