I wish I would have read the other 2 reviews before ordering my dog collar. They didn't have a problem with a quick withdrawal from my Paypal account, but still no dog collar after 3-4 weeks! And I don't like the idea of it being made in China to begin with. I'm going back to Dog ID's and order my collar. Oh, and the other reviewer is correct about customer service. There is NO person to online chat with and there is NO answer at the number listed.
