I ordered on January 14, today is February 11. I contacted them on Jan 30, they said, "The suppliers are on the process of making your order and once they are done they will directly send it to your shipping address. The time frame for the production of the personalized product is taking around 2-4 week from your order date as this is being sent by batch of orders. If you have more question, please don't hesitate to contact us. Have a great day!" Still nothing, today is Feb. 11. Do not order from these people unless you're not in a hurry! They immediately charged my card
