Nowhere on their site does it mention that the dog collars are made in China and ship directly from China. No customer service. Contacted via email. Took several days to get an answer. Supposedly order was placed and should arrive soon. It has been 25 days and no product, but they charged my credit card the day I ordered. Will never order from this company again. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company.
