Cute products POOR quality. I have purchased 4 collars and every time, within a year the spring in the clasp breaks. They will NOT replace (citing it's a general "wear and tear" issue). The best they will do is give you a discount on your next purchase. I do not recommend the bow tie collars. They are overpriced and do not warrant the cost given the poor quality. (If I could upload images I would.)
