I would rate this service negatively if possible! After years of having my account, it was suddenly locked without any explanation. I was informed that the only way to unlock it was by providing a photo of my government-issued ID and a selfie, which feels very suspicious. I've been in communication with the support team for over a week trying to resolve this issue, but they keep insisting on my ID. I've always followed the rules, so this requirement makes no sense.
