I ordered two packs of socks and two packs of underwear. I was convinced of the quality because of the advertising and the 6-month guarantee. Although I did think it was like whatever, since what underwear and socks wear out in 6 months anyway. Well, plot twist, these did. both the underwear and the socks. The socks had holes in the first month of wearing, and the underwear too. The elastic bands of the underwear also started sticking out of the fabric everywhere. I thought I may have got a bad batch, so I contacted customer service, which was great, and I got a replacement without any hustle, so that is great. However, the same thing happened again. I am simply not going to go through the replacement process every two months.I like the looks of the products, I like the minimalism, I like the customer service, but I would expect far far more from a European company, and at that price point.
