I am very disappointed with my experience with Snooze Therapy and feel compelled to warn other customers before they make the same mistake.The company advertises an “Absolutely Risk Free” trial, which strongly implies that customers can try the product without any financial risk if it does not work for them. This is simply not true. At no point before purchasing was it made clear that customers are expected to pay a significant return postage cost, which in my case amounted to roughly a third of the original purchase price. That is nowhere near a risk free trial and comes across as intentionally misleading.When I contacted customer support, I received generic template replies and a partial refund offer which felt more like an attempt to avoid processing a proper return. Only after insisting on a full refund was I informed that I would still have to cover all return shipping costs myself. This should have been stated clearly before any purchase was made.A business that advertises a risk free trial should stand behind its words and not hide important conditions in small print or after the fact. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I strongly encourage others to read the fine print very carefully before ordering anything from them.
