I have never found a weighted blanket that actually worked or felt comfortable until I went with snooze therapy.Night one I slept well and it also helped drain my lymphatic system.It is warm and cosy, it's like a constant secure hug. I will be buying more as gifts for those people around me who also have chronic illnesses.
