The delivery was prompt and the service was satisfactory, but the product itself is disappointing! The mouthpiece is excessively large! It prevents people from snoring by making it impossible to sleep. I found it difficult to swallow, and there’s a sharp edge where the air gap is that cuts into my tongue. After removing it in the morning, I had trouble closing my jaw and experienced pain for a couple of hours. Attempting it for a second night actually led to anxiety.
