They created an order number through DPD on January 23, but DPD has not received a package from Snow Rock. What's more, I contacted the customer service many times, but they refused to refund me and asked me to wait for DPD to reply them what happened. I have been wondering why I as a consumer I need to wait and not refund my money after an accident happened between the Courier and the merchant.Again!Since January 23rd, I have not received the refund, nor have I received the goods I bought. I don't want to hear your apology again.
