The vast majority of my reviews in Trust Pilot are very positive.Placed an order for 4 small items to collect at Covent Garden . On arrival I checked in with front desk & was sent downstairs to collect order . Downstairs I was given 2 parts or order and directed to 3rd floor to collect remainder . There I was given 3rd item & directed to ground floor to collect last item. Back at the front desk I asked for the 4th item and was met with a blank stare . I left without the item . Maybe the chap on the 3rd floor showed a little interest , otherwise I definitely felt I was interrupting everyone's day .The worst customer service I have endured for many a year Following my review I was contacted directly by Snow & Rock . Advised they were reviewing their store collection process & my feedback would be acted upon. To apologise for the inconvenience and try to restore some faith in the business I have been offered a nominal voucher ( it was only a small value order), you can donate it to charity. A reasonable response to my review .
