Ordered December 9. They billed my card on the 9th. Said it was"In Transit" for 3 weeks. I called and it was like the phone was disconnected, always a busy signal. I contacted them 4 times via their site with NO reply. I refuted my bill with my credit card and was credited back my price. Only then did they reply back with an email stating the same tracking I had. I asked for more specific info and they said they would get back to me and that was 2 weeks ago with no more info.
