After waiting nearly six weeks for my package, it finally arrived. The quality is terrible, with loose threads everywhere. I contacted the support team, but their customer service is lacking. They seem focused on profits rather than customer satisfaction. I mistakenly ordered snow pants in the wrong size, and I accept that it’s my fault. However, it’s frustrating when they take over four days to respond, and the return shipping costs nearly €70! I will never shop here again and would advise others to report them and stay away. (They also manipulate their reviews.)
