Do not buy from this website in your life — you will be scammed!!!After buying 3 items from Snowears for a total amount of €390 and finding that none of them fit me (I usually wear size S, and their S is huge!!), I emailed them to request a return and a refund.They almost never reply to emails and show no concern at all. When they do reply, they tell you that you have to pay €150 in shipping costs to return the items. Are they serious??? €150 is the price of one item!What kind of absurd return policy is this? They take no responsibility whatsoever, do not care about the customer, and only want the money.They are nothing but scammers. I have already filed a police report, and soon other people will do the same.They have scammed me out of €390.
