This has been one of my most frustrating online shopping experiences in years. I ordered shoes on November 7, and over a month later, I still have no delivery date or reliable information. The customer service keeps sending the same generic responses, and it seems their delivery partner is unresponsive as well. This reflects poorly on the management of the operation. I've received orders from mainland China in the same timeframe, yet this service can't even provide a basic update. Customers deserve to know this before spending their time and money. I genuinely regret my purchase and will avoid this service in the future.
