I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered an item and realized right away that it was the wrong size. I emailed them immediately and called multiple times—no response. Despite my attempts to correct the order, they shipped it anyway. Now I’m stuck with the wrong size and no way to return it because they won’t answer emails or calls. Their website claims you can contact them for returns, but that’s useless if they ignore customers. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
